Tree-lined streets give Julington Creek Plantation much of its peaceful and comforting atmosphere, which has attracted homebuyers from all over the United States (and Europe). The close proximity of I-295 and I-95 are major factors in bringing people to our community. The neighborhood has a warm and well-developed sense of community pride. Residents say they like the community's quiet and safe surroundings and convenient location, giving high marks to quality of housing and schools. Some of the major concerns are lack of parkland and recreational facilities (this is currently being addressed). Julington Creek Plantation is a young and vibrant community. Youth sports are such an important part of the Plantation that parks and parking are a serious issue. Abundant group sports and activities encourage your children to stay active and healthy. |
